Coupon Policy

This Coupon Policy applies to every coupon, promo code, voucher, referral credit and promotional discount issued by QUANTX SDN. BHD. (“QuantX”, “we” or “us”) for the QuantX service (each a “Coupon”). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions, and words defined there have the same meaning here.

We issue Coupons at our sole discretion — for example through quotations, campaigns, partners or referrals. Nobody is entitled to receive a Coupon.

A Coupon may carry its own conditions, such as its value, eligible plans, minimum term or expiry date. Those conditions apply together with this policy; if they conflict, the Coupon’s own conditions prevail.

Unless a Coupon’s own conditions say otherwise:

• Coupons are for new clients only;
• each business may use only one Coupon, identified by its business registration number;
• a Coupon must be applied when you accept a quotation or Order. It cannot be applied to an invoice already issued or to fees already paid; and
• we may verify eligibility, and refuse a Coupon that does not meet these conditions.

Unless a Coupon’s own conditions say otherwise:

• each Coupon can be used once only;
• Coupons cannot be combined with each other, or with any other discount or promotional pricing;
• a Coupon applies only to the subscription fee for your first billing period — the first billing month of a monthly plan, or the first term of an annual plan;
• a Coupon does not apply to renewals, setup or other one-time fees, taxes, or third-party licences such as AutoCount;
• Coupons have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be transferred, sold or shared; and
• expired Coupons are void, expiry dates are not extended, and lost or deleted codes are not replaced.

Where a Coupon is given on condition of a particular plan or term — for example, an annual plan — the Coupon is forfeited if you:

1. cancel within the 14-day cancellation window described in our Refund Policy;
2. downgrade to a plan that the Coupon does not cover; or
3. have your account suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms.

In cases (b) and (c), we may invoice you for the discount you received on Service already provided, and that amount is payable under our Terms.

Any refund is calculated on the amount you actually paid after the Coupon was applied. A Coupon used on a refunded payment is not reinstated, and its value is never paid out. See our Refund Policy.

We may refuse, cancel or void a Coupon, and reverse a discount already applied and invoice you the difference, if we reasonably believe that the Coupon:

• was obtained or used fraudulently, or through a channel we did not authorise;
• was used through multiple accounts or businesses set up to use it more than once;
• was sold, published or shared without our permission;
• was used in breach of this policy or of the Coupon’s own conditions; or
• was issued or applied with an obvious error, such as an incorrect value.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any Coupon or promotion at any time without notice. Doing so does not affect a discount already applied to an invoice you have paid, except in the cases described under Misuse and errors.

Taxes, including service tax, are calculated in accordance with applicable law.

Our decision on the eligibility, validity and misuse of a Coupon is final. We may update this policy in the same way as our Terms and Conditions, including giving at least fourteen (14) days’ notice of material changes.
